Sweet rolled bacon

Product obtained from pork belly, salted, stuffed in collagen casing, tied by hand, cold seasoned for a minimum of 45 days. Pancetta is eaten in thin slices, raw in cold cuts accompanied by bread, focaccia, wraps, or cooked to give more flavor to sautéed vegetables, soups or to wrap delicate meats such as chicken, rabbit or prawns. The weight of the product can vary from 1.5 to 2 kg.
