A FAMILY STORY

It all began in Casavatore, a small town in the Province of Naples.

When the grandfather of the current owners opened his butcher shop, he immediately understood that the recipe for success was great love and respect for his calling and the traditions of his land, which he enriched over time with his own knowledge and the use of genuine, safe and constantly monitored ingredients. In this environment, the Quattromani family started and perpetuated the production of traditional, absolutely genuine deli meats of the highest quality and, still today, made according to traditional local recipes.
